This Customer Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Molgenics Limited (T/A RapidityDX), with its principal place of business at Unit 25, Enterprise House, Manchester Science Park, Pencroft Way, Manchester M15 6SE (“Company”), and the individual or entity accessing or using the Company’s website and its services (“Customer”).
